Wow! I am thoroughly impressed with this book. The entire book is filled with great jokes. Jim doesn't shy away from touchy subjects and just tells it like it is, which I believe is the funniest because we can all relate. If you're looking for honest humor in its purest form, you have found it. Highly Recommended!
This joke book is truly awesome! Even the the introduction is funny. Whether you're looking for great jokes from the comedians everyone knows and loves or you're just looking for a joke about a particular topic, Great Jokes 2 has a little something for everybody. I really liked how the jokes were categorized so finding something to fit a topic or occasion is extremely easy to find. It really is one of the best books of this kind that I've read in a long time.
I highly recommend this book to anybody that loves great comedy. Give Great Jokes 2 a read. It is sure to tickle your funny bone!
Jim Cartwright's book is HILARIOUS! I read through this with my friend on her and we could not stop laughing but I may have to buy my own copy just so I can have it with me to reference any time I need a good joke to tell. This book is especially great for that since it's organized by category! That makes it so easy to find whatever I'm looking for. I definitely recommend this to anyone who has a sense of humor. If you're overly sensitive, you may be offended by some of the jokes, but I doubt you're enjoying life as much as those of us who know how to take a joke and laugh at ourselves )
This would be a great book to cheer anybody up after a bad day. Open it to any page and I promise you won't be able to stop yourself from laughing, or at least cracking a smile. Some of the jokes are a little weird and probably not always politically correct, but I think that's what I love most about it. It's honest. You won't regret buying this one!
This is a collection of jokes as told by comedians with zero original content. Literal plagiarism every single page. lame.
Its a good little time waster but , I only found half of thesr jokes funny so 3.5/5. Oh and also I got this from free app of the day so if I put that in my rating 4/5
The jokes are great but a lot of them I have heard before. One needs to read a little at a time in order to enjoy the book!
A few of the jokes might be considered witty, but in all they came across as cynical. In other words, downers instead of the uppers I was looking for. There was alsoa lot of profanity. I wouldn't let my kids see these jokes.
